PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY <br />March 2, 2004 <br />Pursuant to the Warrant and the Constables Return thereon, a Presidential Primary Election was <br />held for all eight precincts at the Hawkes Field House. The Warrant was partially read by the Town <br />Clerk, Cheryl A. Johnson, when on motion of Frederick Van Magness, Precinct 1, it was voted to <br />dispense with the further reading of the Warrant, except the Constable's Return, which was then <br />read by the Town Clerk.
