�3? <br />MINUTES OF THE READING RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING <br />TUESDAY, MAY 10, 2005 <br />The Reading Retirement Board held an open session meeting on May 10, 2005, in the Accounting and Finance <br />Department Office, Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts. <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Chairman Joseph Veno in the presence of members Richard <br />Foley, Elizabeth Klepeis, Francis Driscoll, and Daniel Seferian, and board administrator Karen DeAngelis. <br />Others present at the meeting were inactive member John O'Keefe and his attorney Augustus Camelio. <br />This meeting was called to discuss the accidental disability retirement application of John O'Keefe now that his <br />Medical Panel certificate has been received. <br />Mr. O'Keefe and Attorney Camelio were offered the chance to go into executive session but both <br />declined. <br />After discussion with Mr. O'Keefe and Attorney Camelio about the negative medical panel results the <br />Board asked Attorney Camelio to write a letter explaining to the Board what he thinks the medical panel <br />missed or didn't address in coming up with their decision and also submit a list of questions he would <br />like answered by the medical panel. Attorney Camelio will send the letter to the Board in time for the <br />May 25, 2005 Board Meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />• RICHARD FOLEY moved to adjourn this open session at 7:05 P.M. <br />SECONDED BY: DANIEL SEFERIAN <br />VOTED: (5 -0) UNANIMOUS <br />man, Joseph R.
