•. <br />MINUTES OF THE READING RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING <br />WEDNESDAY, JULY 7, 2004 <br />The Reading Retirement Board held a regular session meeting on July 7, 2004, in the First Floor Conference <br />Room Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 6:05 P.M by Acting Chairman <br />Daniel Seferian in the presence of members Joseph Veno and Richard Foley, board administrator Karen <br />DeAngelis, Robert Toussaint, and attorneys Nicholas Poser and Paul Danahy. <br />Board member Richard Foley moved to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing the reputation, <br />character, physical condition or mental health of Robert Toussaint who has submitted an accidental disability <br />retirement application, and to return to regular session for the sole purpose of adjournment. <br />SECONDED BY: Joseph Veno <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: Joseph Veno <br />Aye <br />Richard Foley <br />Aye <br />Daniel Seferian <br />Aye <br />Reconvened in open session at 7:13 P.M. <br />Acting Chairman moved to adjourn. <br />SECONDED BY: Joseph Veno <br />VOTED: Unanimous (3 -0) <br />Henry J.
