1221 <br />MINUTES OF THE READING RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING (, (VED <br />rE <br />Tuesday, August 2, 2011 R 4 D, �C � � H <br />The Reading Retirement Board held a regular session meeting on August 2, 2011, in Th o Level ss. <br />Conference Room, Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts. —7 A /Q. <br />The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. by Chairman Joseph Veno in the presence of members Gail <br />LaPointe, Francis Driscoll, and Board Administrator, Colleen Loughlin. <br />APPROVAL OF MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS <br />• FRANCIS DRISCOLL moved to approve to continue. using Segal Company for actuarial services. The quote <br />submitted by Segal is $16,500 fee for the July 1, 2011 actuarial valuation and $3,000 for the July 1, 2012 <br />update.
