FST, LLC <br />George Zambouras, Reading Town Engineer <br />There being a quorum the Chair called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. <br />Sailor Tom's Way -175 Franklin Street <br />The CPDC signed the Mylars of the modified plan and the tri-party agreement approved by the CPDC at <br />the June 6th meeting. The Town Planner noted that the tri-party agreement will be held until the new <br />owner closes on the property which is expected later this week. <br />Minutes <br />On a motion by Mr. Tuttle, seconded by Mr. Bolger, the CPDC moved to approve the minutes of May <br />23, 2011 as amended. The vote was 4-0-1 (Mr. Safina abstained). <br />Public Hearing for Reading Woods 0-1 Jacob Way <br />South Street & Jacob Way Subdivision Plan for Road Layout Change and Minor Modification <br />Mr. Bolger read the legal notice opening the public hearing. <br />Mr. Mastroianni of Pulte Homes gave a presentation updating the CPDC on modifications since the last <br />meeting when the CPDC approved plans for the site plan review approval on March 28th. Abatement and <br />pest control is currently underway at Jacob Way and the demolition permit is expected to be submitted <br />next week. The General Contractor is currently out to bid and building permits for the club house are <br />expected in the next 30 days with construction planned to begin in August. A neighborhood meeting is <br />planned for June 21 st and DHCD is expected to give final approval of the Affordable Fair Housing <br />Marketing Plan shortly. The affordable housing monitoring agent provided a letter to CPDC approving <br />the affordable housing documents.
