Neighbor Dick Curtis of 15 Holly Road expressed, his <br />support for the Jacks' proposal. Virginia Adams, speaking for the Historical Commission, did not see <br />any adverse impact in the Jacks' proposal. <br />The Chair noted comments from the Town Engineer's memo dated 10/4/2010 state that the proposed <br />driveway would have to conform to the town's standards, that the wall would have to be repaired such <br />that it looked.as close as possible to what it looks like today, and that any trees to be removed in the <br />public right-of-way would first have to be reviewed by the town's Tree Warden. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
