Some framing has <br />St <br />also been done so a footing must have been poured. <br />Per BJ all siding will be cedar with wood trim, doors <br />fiberglass with 6 panes wood grain finish; no storm doors. <br />No hardyplank. Windows will not be white vinyl, looking into <br />a historical window options that meet with building codes <br />that requires 20x24 opening they will not be any larger. <br />Discussed not having the sign because it could be <br />historically misleading; the original building will no longer <br />exist. VA suggested a sign with a picture of the original <br />building or a sign stating this is the site of the Pierce Organ <br />Pipe Factory would be more appropriate. Discussed <br />Pierce <br />chimneys. There will be real dormers. BJ plans to reuse <br />Organ <br />some of the lumber and bricks as possible. BJ offered to <br />measure existing height for comparison. RHC re- <br />emphasized that they must keep the same size, scale, <br />fabric as original structure. RS suggested measured <br />drawings be made prior to demo. Next CPDC meeting is <br />scheduled for April 4t". BJ will apply for a demolition permit <br />next week so that process will begin. Spoke about what <br />could happen with any documents or photographs found <br />RHC asked to have right of first refusal. Motion made to bring SRS up to a <br />member <br />RHC <br />voting member.
