He was invited to attend a <br />VA/ <br />St <br />meeting or call KG. He has made no further contact. VA <br />KG <br />suggested that the RHC develop a brochure about this <br />historic ro ertto assist in its sale. <br />Venetian <br />ZBA hearing about rooftop alteration plan. If they add <br />Moon <br />outdoor seating at street level, the paver in front of the <br />restaurant may need to be moved. <br />Contact Town <br />EBI <br />Received another packet this time about a tower on Auburn <br />Planner to learn <br />KG <br />St. <br />if a response is <br />re uired <br />WJ and JS spoke about P&S having been signed and their <br />plan to create 8 units 1,400 square feet living area each, <br />and to use artificial materials that look like clap board. They <br />were asked to keep the same size windows. They hope to <br />Pierce <br />have appearance but must be to code. Also plan to <br />Research <br />VA <br />Organ <br />replicate corner boards and use Hardiplank siding, vinyl <br />artificial siding <br />window exteriors, brick veneer on chimney and to replace <br />the cupola. The original building will become 2 units; other <br />units will be new construction. Asphalt architectural singles <br />on roof.
