Present to discuss potential, partial <br />demolition. Intends to convert current retail space to <br />new retail use. House built c. 1830 and probably <br />Research age of <br />258 Main St <br />moved to current location. RHC stated preference <br />extension <br />that building remain intact and explained demo delay <br />bylaw and how it would apply, even to a partial <br />demolition. AD questioned whether extension is <br />considered art of historic structure. <br />After last meeting VA, RS, AB & KG toured property. <br />Per subsequent conversation with Glen, building <br />inspector will require a demolition permit for work <br />Contact <br />already begun and not previously permitted. <br />developer and <br />a 33 Salem St <br />Developer cannot do any more work (except <br />encourage him to <br />KG <br />finishing roof repairs) until proper permitting is in <br />contact Glen <br />place.
