VA moved <br /> that the 6 properties not previously voted as Potentially Significant <br /> Structures under Section 5.13 of the General Bylaws, due to non- <br /> receipt of timely notice, now be defined as such. AB seconded. Mr. <br /> Inventory Latham spoke on behalf of his client, Mr. Napolitano, asking that his <br /> vote to property not be included due to infringement of property rights. Mr. <br /> define Napolitano also spoke on his own behalf. The RHC stated its position <br /> properties in opposition to the arguments. Further discussion determined that <br /> there were updates to the property, including vinyl windows, which <br /> undermine the significance of the property and the criteria upon which <br /> it was selected. RS moved to exclude 81 Mineral Street from the list. <br /> AB seconded. Approved 4-1. Vote on main motion to define remaining <br /> 5 properties (287 Ash St, 145 High St, 494-496 Main St, 12 Manning <br /> St, and 92 Prescott St)was approved 5-0. <br /> AB moved to accept minutes of October 5, 2010, as amended. RS <br /> second.Approved 5-0. KG forward <br /> Minutes VA moved to accept minutes of October 12, 2010, as amended. RS amended KG <br /> second.Approved 5-0. minutes to SRS SRS <br /> VA moved to accept minutes of October 18, 2010, as amended. RS to be submitted <br /> second. Approved 5-0. <br /> The Economic Development Summit was rescheduled from October <br /> Economic 19 to tonight at the Senior Center. RHC was unable to attend due to its <br /> Development own meeting. KG notified Abby McCabe, Staff Planner, and VA <br /> Summit notified Meghan Young Tafoya of the EDC, that we were unable to <br /> attend. <br /> WPJ Development met with the Design Review Team ( DRT) on Oct. <br /> Pierce Organ 13. KG and VA attended mtg. WPJ's plans were substantially the <br /> Factory same as when RHC last saw them. They are making design changes <br /> based on feedback from the DRT and will present new drawings to the <br /> RHC on December 7. <br /> 21-23 Harrison St (not an inventoried property) — VA still wants <br /> opportunity to document prior to demo. KG will forward name of realtor <br /> for VA to set-up visit. <br /> Site Visits 167 Washington (not an inventoried property) — not through ZBA Set-up Harrison KG/VA <br /> process. Visit not scheduled. <br /> 258 Main St — RHC planned to set-up visit. Owner filed demo permit. <br /> No visit scheduled. <br /> SRS attended the Library Building Committee meeting and arrived late <br /> to the RHC meeting. She reported that there is a meeting for public Attend 11/18 <br /> Library input to the proposed plans on November 18 from 7 to 8:30 and RHC <br /> meeting <br /> encouraged RHC members to attend. Current plans call for an <br /> addition to the School Street-side of the building. <br /> ............ <br />
