VA suggested a letter from RHC <br />, <br />be sent to ZBA with background information regarding this project. <br />RPL <br />RPL expansion committee came to explain some of the proposed <br />architectural changes to the current building. Rodier will send sketches and details when the are available. <br />Hearing called to order at 8:30, Legal Notice printed in paper was read. Rick <br />Carter (RC) wants to demo building, but is willing to have structure moved. <br />He has no plans at the moment because there is no buyer. VA spoke of the <br />building's significance. Demo Application submitted meets the requirements <br />258 Main St <br />of the RHC. RC agreed to accept assistance from RHC to <br />market properties discussed possibility of partial demolition of later ells <br />allowing for an earl release.
