Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, November 9, 2010 <br />1 i Fin r r~ <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of November 9, 201 6n'~6nec" l' 14. <br />in the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Janet Baronian, Chairman <br />Ron Stortz, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Elise Ciregna <br />Olive Hecht <br />Absent: Mary Vincent <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />The Minutes of October 5, 2010 were reviewed and approved by a vote of 4-0 on a motion by <br />Olive Hecht and seconded by Ron Stortz. <br />General Business <br />Building update finished. Computer records are being worked on. <br />Interments are down for the year thus receipts. <br />The Board OK'd Frank Driscoll's request for markers on Veterans' lots at Charles Lawn and <br />Wood End, by a vote of 5-0. <br />Budget will be zero for FYII <br />Lot layout complete at Charles Lawn. <br />Receipts <br />Receipts are down. <br />Adjourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:35 PM.
