Mayerson <br />Meeting opened at 7:30 P.M. <br />Zoning - '77 General Revision - Public Information Program <br />Progress report to Town Meeting is anticipated regarding by-law up- <br />date in November. Limited printing (36) should be prepared for dis- <br />tribution to members of all Boards and department heads. Informational <br />hearings will be held, probably late in November and in January. <br />Livable Cities Grant Application <br />Discussed. Board will request letters of endorsement from other <br />Boards, Departments and Agencies; Jaycees etc. <br />Board of Appeals - 588 Pearl St. <br />Board position is to favor strict adherance to Zoning by-law., Board <br />will request that a Bond or covenant be set up to assure construction of <br />Nelson Ave. extension, creating sufficent frontage and egress, so rear <br />lot is not land locked. <br />Finance Committee - Planned Capital Project <br />Boards term projects include the Dump Site, use and development; <br />Municipal space, and parking areas. <br />Walker Motion <br />Half hour meetings with other Boards should be scheduled, with topic-e. <br />to be discussed identified in advance. <br />Space Std <br />Postponed to next meeting <br />Warrant Articles Scenic Roads <br />Meeting next week with Conservation Committee, suggested by Lynn Staz, <br />was agreed to. <br />Sub Regional Meeting October 12th to be attended by Mr. Sturm. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />C.
