Clerk-typist had not been incorporated in Finance Committee.'s <br />recommendation, and that they now preferred that the Board <br />rectify the anticipated deficit next Spring through a transfer <br />from the Reserve Fund. Mr. Mayerson was requested to confirm <br />this arrangement in writing. <br />Article 16 - New Fire Station. <br />Mr. Mayerson reportedon the reduced scope and appropriation <br />recommended by the Finance Committee on this Article. Site <br />selection is not presently excluded from the revised proposal. <br />Article 19 - Public Transportation Service. <br />Mr. Mayerson reported that the Finance Committee had not con- <br />cluded its consideration of.,this proposal. <br />Personnel - Town Planner <br />Mr. Mayerson was requested to distribute copies of his current <br />contract to members of the Board. <br />Repetitive Petition - Lot 38 Timberneck Drive <br />Mr. Mayerson stated that a petition had been received for Planning <br />Board consent to reappear before the Board of Appealswithin two <br />years of a denial. An extract of the applicable law was distri- <br />buted and briefly explained. Initial issues to be decided were <br />identified as the criteria for the decision, the basis for the <br />decision and the date of consideration. On the latter, the <br />members expressed a preference for after the conclusion of Town <br />Meeting if it could be arranged with the petitioner. <br />All other items of pending businesswere tableduntil the next <br />meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 10:55 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />J. Zorabedian and G. <br />Paynter present. <br />Incinerator Site <br />A quick review of the status of the-M.B.T.A.'s interest in the <br />incinerator site was made ina anticipation of the 8:00 P.M. <br />meeting with the Board of Public Works. At 7:57 P.M. the <br />meeting was adjourned to Town Hall. <br />
