70 Board reviewed draft of Article and discussed whether it implied <br />adoption of a "plan". The subject was tabled until the next <br />meeting. <br />Reading Center <br />Members decided to illustrate traffic flow in both directions <br />on lower Haven Street, retention of the angle parking and <br />continuing the one-way easterly flow on Gould Street in the <br />Plan Report. <br />Fourth draft of Reading Center Plan,is scheduled for next week. <br />Members concluded that the total plan should be completed before <br />we schedule Informational Meetings. Scheduling of meetings was <br />tabled until next week. <br />Non-conforming Lots <br />Mr. Mayerson was authorized to send copy of our Article on <br />Small Lots to the Board of Appeals and to Town Counsel for <br />their review and in-put. <br />Personnel <br />M. O'Brien reported on her investigations regarding he feas- <br />ibility of Mr. Charles Stamatis occupying some space adjacent <br />to the Planning Board office in order to share secretarial <br />services. Her conclusions were that it would not work out <br />as an economy measure since seasonal demands of the two <br />departments are non-compatible. <br />There being no other business before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 9:45 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />C. Numerous changes and rewording were developed that <br />will result'in Draft 3. <br />
