8 <br />Minutes of the Meeting of February 12, 1979. <br />Chairman M. O'Brien convened the meeting at 7:45 P.M. with <br />C. Keller, B. Mitchel and G. Paynter present. <br />Correspondence <br />Incoming mail was reviewed. <br />Minutes <br />Minutes of February 6, 1979 approved after deleting word <br />"essence" under the heading 'Space Study - Community Center <br />options'. <br />Non-conforming Lots <br />The members reviewed our own draft #4 of a non-conforming lots <br />provision and a draft dated January 25, 1979 submitted by <br />Gail Wood on behalf of the Small Lots Committee. The Board <br />voted unanimously to submit our draft #4 as an Article to Town <br />Meeting after having it looked over for clarity, etc. by <br />Town Counsel. <br />Overlav Districts <br />Mr. Mayerson briefly reviewed progress to date of interagency <br />review of overlay district mapping and text and stated that <br />agreement on changes on Zoning Map #4, including the Country- <br />side Lane cul-de-sac was all that was likely to be ready for <br />submission to Town Meeting in the Spring. It was the Board's <br />decision that this was too little to go forward with at this <br />time and that more overlay district corrections should be <br />accumulated before presentation to Town Meeting. <br />Commuter Rail <br />The members reviewed a draft of a letter dated February 6, 1979 <br />from the Board to MBTA'_s Mr. Eugene K. Skoropowski. The Board <br />discussed its contents and voted unanimously to accept the <br />letter as written, with a copy to be sent to the MVRTA. <br />Bus Routes <br />Board reviewed a rough map of proposed bus routes T136 and T137 <br />received from MBA's Mr. Joseph McDonald. The members felt it <br />proposed confusing and impractical routes and more discussion <br />with Mr. McDonald will be necessary to meet the Town's needs. <br />Space Study - "Excess" Buildings <br />Town Planner reported on discussions with department heads <br />concerning their need for "Excess" buildings, in particular <br />the Prospect Street and Lowell Street schools. He will <br />prepare a draft report summarizing his findings with respect <br />to the two schools for the Board's review, with the object <br />
