Mitchel present. <br />Correspondence <br />Incoming mail was reviewed. The Board of Public Works will assist <br />in review and update, after criteria are developed by Conservation <br />Commission and Planning Board, of Flood Plain and Wetlands <br />Protection District mapping. Town Counsel billings reviewed and <br />Chairman will forward comments to the Law Committee. The MBTA <br />replied affirmatively to their participation in the proposed <br />commuter parking study. <br />Minutes <br />The minutes of January 23, 1979 reviewed and approved. <br />Space Study <br />Vote among the options for the Community Center site was tabled <br />until Tuesday, February 6th. Joint meetings with other Boards <br />after vote discussedand tentatively favored. The Board then <br />adjourned to tour Community Center building. <br />Reading Center <br />First draft of report section titled "Illustrative Implementa- <br />tion Measures" reviewed and edited. <br />Non-conforming_ Lots <br />Gail Wood presented and discussed second draft of SmallLots <br />Committee article. Board discussion of this draft was_post- <br />poned until Tuesday, February 6th. <br />
