Mr. Mayerson
reviewed recent mapping done for the Conservation Commission, iden-
tified six indicated areas which are at variance with the controlling
By-law Text, and recommended their deletion at this time He also
reviewed the alternate proposals to fill in the transition between
Cedar Swamp, controlled by the 80 contour, and Timberneck Swamp,
controlled by the 90 contour, and recommended designation of the
road off_Havehill Street to the Nike site as the transition line.
After some discussion, it was voted to approve these recommendations
and so advise the Conservation Commission.
Mr. Mayerson reviewed the status of the Wetlands Protection
District Maps, including the extensive number of adjustments that
appear to be required to make the districts coincide with the sit-
uation on the ground. After some discussion of the problems of
presenting all these changes to the Town Meeting as part of an
Article proporting not to include any changes, it was decided to
limit adjustments at this time to one major instance where abutting
maps were inconsistent'as to the bounds of the district, and others
which would not constitute any major changes. A letter to the
Conservation Commission to this effect, with with copies to the
Executive Secretary, Town Counsel and Building Inspector was approved.
A second draft of the amendment text was reviewed and dis-
cussed.
Mandatory Referral
A second draft of a proposed Article was reviewed, discussed
and edited.
