Sturm <br />June 19, 1978 <br />Meeting convened at 7:50 P.M. <br />Correspondence <br />Mail was reviewed. <br />Minutes <br />Minutes of June 12, 1978 accepted by vote and signed. <br />Old Business - Zoning Map Redraft <br />Mr. Don Dolben,.owner of Summit Towers came to Board to speak to <br />us regarding our tentatively approved revision of district lines on <br />Plat 14, Lots 2, 3 and 17. He pointed out that the current propos- <br />al would perpetrate the single family zoning of their access drive- <br />way, and therefore continue the non-conforming status of present <br />structures and prevent expansion. Mr._ Dolben stated he was opposed <br />to this as it would seriously deminish the value and prevent the <br />further development of their property. <br />The Board indicated we would consider his thoughts and remarks <br />and advise him of our ultimate decision. The Board also identified <br />possible alternative strategies to achieve his desired objectives, <br />including Mr. Dolben sponsoring his own Article before the next <br />Town Meeting to have this driveway area re-zoned to accomodate <br />Summit Towers. <br />Board resumed discussion of Rationalization of District Bound- <br />aries. Changes on Plats # 143 thru 249 as indicated on "Zoning Map <br />Redraft" dated 5/23/78 were reviewed and tentatively approved. <br />Cedar Glen <br />Members fully discussed all required determinations with spec- <br />ial attention to "open blighted' issue. Discussion will be contin- <br />ued at next meeting. <br />Schedule of Board Meetings <br />Board will hold the next regular meeting on Monday, June 26th <br />and a special meeting on Thursday, July 6th to vote on Cedar Glen <br />Project. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:45 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />C.
