Interagency Coordination <br />Board discussed possible request to other Boards to send us <br />a copy of their minutes.of their meetings, especially Board of <br />Public Works, Conservation Commission, Board of Selectmen, Fin <br />Com and School Committee. This should greatly enhance inter-depart- <br />mental communication and especially avert any "surprises" that <br />impact our Board directly or indirectly. <br />Personnel - Town Planner <br />C <br />Discussed with Town Planner his willingness to contract with <br />Planning Board for employment for next year. Schedule of <br />Department Bills Payable dated 4/3/78 in amount of $163.63 reviewed <br />and approved. <br />Reading Center. <br />Map text drafts written by Bob Mayerson to explain the use and <br />purpose for each map i.e. Business & Service Use, Non Residential <br />Floor Area, Existing Building Uses, Parking Supply Demand and <br />Vehicular Facilities reviewed. Latter map was at printers and not <br />available for review. <br />Discussed the "character" and business climate of Reading Center, <br />including the small scale of businessesand business offices. These. <br />seem to best meet the needs of Reading population. <br />April 6th is Candidates Night at Reading High School, and Planning <br />Board will display,. the above maps for general public information. <br />
