U <br />January 30, 1978 <br />Present: M. O'Brien <br />G. <br />Hines <br />J. <br />Sturm <br />C. <br />Keller <br />G. <br />Paynter <br />Meeting convened at 10:00 P.M. following an 8:00 P.M. informational <br />meeting on Zoning By-law Revision which 21 people attended. <br />77 Zonin Revision <br />Article H Revision <br />Board discussed matter of storage of wood and reworded 4.3.2. <br />7 to read: "Such stock may not exceed four (4) feet in height with- <br />in five (5) feet of a lot line. Board also discussed garaging of <br />vehicle in excess of 3/4 ton and unanamously agreed to revise 4.3.2. <br />4 to include one ton limit. <br />Article Division <br />Article H,broken down into 4 articles,- accessory, uses, signs, <br />open storage and parking; Article F broken into two parts, dealing <br />with retail sales and industrial uses. <br />Articles Submitted <br />Agreed all articles to be submitted for February 27, 1978 <br />Special Town Meeting Warrant. <br />Hearing Dates. <br />Public Hearing planned for February 15, with February 16th <br />and/or February 21 as alternate date. <br />FY '79 Budget <br />FY '79 Budget to,be reviewed at Meeting of 2/6/78. <br />Meeting adjourned 11:00 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />C. ;Kei ber <br />
