M. O'Brien will contact <br />Selectmen on this matter. <br />Universal Engineers <br />M. Paynter <br />January 23, 1978 <br />Meeting convened at 7:30 P.M. <br />'77 Zoning Revisions <br />Informational Meeting Advertising <br />Board discussed the question of need to run an advertisement <br />for notice of Informational Hearing aside from what has already <br />appeared in the newspapers. <br />Board vote was 2 negative and 1 for and 1 abstain. Negative <br />vote carried. <br />Meeting with Board of Public Works <br />M. O'Brien reported on meeting with Board of Public Works on <br />Jan. 16, 1978. Board of Public Works was mostly interested in <br />changes mandated by Chapter 808. They were also concerned about <br />the number of Articles we were presenting at this town meeting <br />and also felt the minimum lot requirements in A-1 Residential <br />should be 15,000 sq ft instead of 10,000 sq ft. <br />
