Board determined to
eliminate or omit Professional office definition and thus
eliminate other sections of the proposal relating to maximum
number of employees, maximum traffic, and number and location
of required parking. This was done because it was felt by
the Board that to single out certain specified Professional
offices, created an elite corps to the exclusion of other
professions. It is our intent 'and understanding that these
Profession.*°offices are now non-conforming. It was not our
intent to make them (Doctors, Lawyers, Dentists) conforming.
Discussion of Zoning Revision Articles 13, 16, 34, 35,
and 36 was postponed to next week.
Finances
t
Board approved allocation of $300.00 on Acct. #245 for
initial printing of Revised Zoning Text.
Board of Appeals Case - Blaise Porter
Board opposes petition for variance on basis of parking
congestion.
Meeting adjourned 10:15 P.M.
Respectfully submitted,
L'U-L_
C.
