Partial Statement of Accounts dated 12/1/77. <br />Within the Boards Annual Expense Budget, voted approval <br />of amounts to be allocated to individual Accounts, as follows: <br />$200.00 <br />to Account #209 <br />100.00 <br />to Account #241 <br />25.00 <br />to Account #243 <br />275.00 <br />to Account #245 <br />100.00 <br />to Account #249 <br />Board decided not to engage in a contract <br />for typewriter <br />repair service at this time. <br />We would pay for <br />repairs as need- <br />ed and review above policy at a later date. Other bills, in the <br />amount of $240.45 approved fo <br />r payment. <br />`77 Zonin Revisions <br />Board voted to place an <br />Article at next Town Meeting to <br />incorporate the new Preamble <br />from Chapter 808, <br />to the By-law <br />rather than carry forward our <br />old Preamble. <br />Mr. Mayerson will rewrite 3.3.11 Boundary and Right of Way <br />of BFM Railroad to clarify. <br />Article 2, on Apartment definition reviewed <br />Article 3, on "Structure" and "Building" definition reviewed <br />Article 6, Frontage definition reviewed <br />Reviewed 16. major issues with regard to proposed Article 8, <br />regulating accessory uses. <br />Wetlands Protection Act Hearing <br />Cedar Glen Elderly Housing Hearing has been postponed so <br />no action received by Planning Board. <br />Repetative Petition to Board of Appeals <br />Discussed letter of Mr. Mangafesti and Boards method of <br />proceeding on this request.
