Board of Health - <br />December 12, 1991 R <br />The meeting of the Board of Health was brought etc j o d e at, i ~7 : 10 <br />pm by Chair James Nugent. In attendance were Board members <br />Paul Caselle and Cathy Baranofsky and Director Ruth Cogan. <br />The minutes of November 14, 1991 were approved 3:0:0. <br />Covenant Circle Subdivision: The preliminary plans of the <br />Covenant Circle subdivision were approved 3:0:0 with the follow- <br />ing conditions: <br />1) The water main is to be above the sewer main. The profiles <br />indicate that at one point the water is below the sewer and at <br />another at the same level. <br />2) The water main is to be looped or have a blow off at the end <br />of the main for maintenance. <br />3) All existing septic systems are to be shown on the plan as <br />well as if they will stay on septic or be connected to the sewer. <br />4) High water levels are to be determined for each house lot in <br />the spring witness by an agent of the Board of Health. Minimum <br />cellar floor elevations are to be two feet above the high water <br />marks and are to be noted on the plan submitted to the Registry <br />of Deeds. <br />FY92 Budget: Cogan gave an update on the FY92 budget. There was <br />no further information at that time as no decisions were made at <br />the December 10, 1991 of the Board of Selectmen, Finance Com- <br />mittee and School Committee.
