The meeting of the Board of Health came to order January 11, 1996 in the Berger Room of Town <br />Hall. Present at the meeting were James Nugent and William Murphy and staff Ruth Clay. <br />Minutes of November 6 and 21, 1995 were approved as presented 2:0:0 <br />Site Plan - Brooks Pharmacy 25 Haven Street: The Board reviewed the plans for Brooks <br />Pharmacy. They had no adverse comments. <br />Other business: Clay gave an update of the first Healthy Communities meeting and gave the date <br />of the neat meeting. Clay gave copies of the applications for the vacant Board of Health position. <br />The Board decided that they did not want to make a recommendation to the Board of Selectmen. <br />Clay gave an update on the Morris' rottweilder and the request to the Board of Selectmen for the <br />removal of the dog until such time as an enclosure is built, tentatively scheduled for January 30. <br />Clay also went over the situation of Weiner v. Hulse and the barrels on the Hulse property. The <br />Board agreed that the matter did not fall within the purview of public health or the littering <br />by-law. The Board reviewed the Massage License Application and made revisions. The Board <br />reviewed a notice about National Public Health Week and asked Clay to discuss the possibility of <br />a Proclamation at a Selectmen's meeting with the Town Manager. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:30 pm <br />~ v <br />Ruth L.
