Clay discussed a complaint about a dumpster at 364 Main Street which is not
enclosed. After discussion, the Board's consensus was to proceed with enforcement.
Richards noted that the Massage Regulations only require a mantoux test within two years of
employment and every three years thereafter. Through discussion it was felt that with the
increased incidence of tuberculosis that that should be changed to thirty days and one year
respectively. Clay will post a public hearing for those changes for the next meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 8 pm.
Ruth 1c: Clay, MPH
Director
