RECREATION MINUTES <br />JUNE 12, 1991 <br />A meeting of the Recreation Committee was called to order by <br />Chairman J. Fallon at 7:35p.m.. In attendance were committee mem- <br />bers V..Chair K. Kaminer, J. Connelly, J. Giordano, C. Swymer, J. <br />Pacino, T. McGrath , associate members L. Salter, SQuinlan, S <br />Sullivan, Also citizen Marty McWilliams. <br />J. Giordano motioned to accept the minutes of May 8, 1991, <br />seconded by T. McGrath - unanimous. <br />CORRESPONDENCE : RE: Memo from Peter H <br />J. Giordano made a motion to put on any permits issued "trash <br />must be picked up and removed by applicant - seconded by J. Con- <br />nelly - unanimous <br />SUPERVISORS REPORT <br />L. Wexler discussed the report - accepted <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />1. Discussion on possibly establishing an AdHoc Committee to <br />seek funds for Special Needs Program. <br />2. J. Giordano made.a motion to use Tennis Courts , Sunday June <br />23 / with raindate <br />3. Committee Vacancies - L Salter was appointed committe member, <br />Gary Roberts - associate member <br />4. Resignations were accepted of J. Mullen and S Quinlan <br />5. Field Light update - it was decided to fund the tennis court <br />lights at Birch Meadow for 2 months. <br />Resignations were accepted of J. Mullen and S. Quinlan <br />CITIZEN INPUT- <br />Marty McWilliams brought up the problems at Washington Park that <br />are still going on. Much discussion followed on getting the <br />proposed Rules & Regulations approved. Peter Hechenbleikner was <br />not able to attend the meeting. He would try to attend the July <br />meeting. It was voted unanimously to pass on to Peter H. - Sec- <br />tion 5 under General Policies. <br />1 <br />
