Bylaw Committee Minutes #148 <br />March 1, 1989 <br />Members present; Ed Murphy, Dolores Carroll, Nils Nordberg and Phil Pactno <br />7:41 Meeting called to order in the Employees' Lounge of Town Hall <br />The committee reviewed thedraft received back from the Town Clerk's office <br />of Article 1 of the recodied bylaws. The committee during its review discussed <br />the issue of spacing. <br />Minutes #147 were approved by a vote of 3-0-1 <br />Chairman Murphy reviewed Article 31 of the Annual Town Meeting with the committee. <br />He stated that he had spoken to Jim Nugent of the Board of Health on the purpose <br />ofthe Article and stated that Mr. Nugent said the article would core€orm the <br />fee chargefor to State reguirementa. <br />14, <br />8:19 Neeting adjourned until March 15, 1989 at 7:30 <br />Sincerely, <br />Philip .
