Sandberg <br />Tom Devaney(Guest) <br />Meeting began with introduction of Tom Devaney, Builder. <br />Property at 89 Main Street(Leaning Elm Farm) <br />Mr Devaney stated that original house on property is probably dated from 1735. It is in <br />good condition; a two-family house with aluminum siding. Plans are to recondition <br />inside of house as needed. No firm decision as to outside of house. <br />The Barn on the property dates pro bV from 1900. Roberta Sullivan inquired as to <br />whether it was a "Sears Roebuck ke"? Mr Devaney feels the Barn is not safe and <br />should be torn down or removed from the property.He feels it would be possible that <br />the Commission could view the Barn. <br />Minutes: <br />r Motion: D.
