McCauley <br />David Barrett presented an agreement(notarized) to purchase the property at 30-32 John <br />Street. <br />The Chairman went over the events of the last Public Hearing. <br />Mr Barrett stated that rehabilitation of the building is economically not feasible. <br />Mr Ulrich : "What steps have you taken toward renovation?" <br />Mr Barrett: "Got prices on heating, plumbing, electric, etc. Numbers are astronomical." <br />General discussion by the audience and David Barrett. The discussion covered many <br />issues. <br />.a7 <br />Barrett says there will be no demolition of the building before going before4)BA. COL <br />Hoxie gave plausable explanation of why save the house. <br />Followed a discussion of nothing. <br />Motion: R. Sullivan; sec, E.
