Adams; sec, D. O'Sullivan <br />Minutes of January 7, 1997, February 18, 1997 and March 5, 1997 be accepted as amended <br />Passed <br />D. O'Sullivan <br />David Barrett to file with ZBA. <br />He will wait until hearing before tearing the house down. <br />Letter from G. Jones to Jonathan Edwards <br />Edwards replies. <br />The Antiquarian Society(small poll vote) does not want house on their property. <br />Housing Authority not able to buy the house. <br />Maurice Proctor interested in having the house on his property. <br />A. Ulrich suggested a form letter for prospective buyers. <br />PRESERVATION NIGHT IS MAY 7TH, 1997 <br />By-Laws: <br />1. Change "days" to "business days". <br />Be consistent with other By-Laws <br />2. If house is on inventory it is subject to a public hearing. <br />3. Add "C" to 3.13.3.3: house not significant to preserve <br />4. New - "A": Majority of RHC must determine if house qualifies under By-Laws. <br />Secretary left meeting at this point. <br />
