McCauley <br />Demolition Delay at 607 Main Street <br />Chairman O'Sullivan read the Public Law. <br />, <br />Owner proposes to: <br />Tear down building, front to rear and replace with one story structure to be used as a restaurant. <br />Mr Vaccaro explained his economic reasons for tearing down the building. <br />The Chairman explained the 14 day period for the Commission to decide their position. <br />ting closed: 8:32 PM. <br />Regular Meeting after the Public Hearing <br />Same members present. <br />Pearl Street School accepted on National Register of Historic Places- ertificate says <br />"Rockport" <br />Reading Housing Authority: <br />32 John Street. Barrett owns the property. <br />1. Sell the property to RHA <br />2. Take money for demolition and donate building to RHA and give money to move it. RHA <br />would move and renovate it. <br />Working on new computer <br />Plaques for other "older homes" in Reading. <br />
