Mill Street citizens want our support on their attempt to make their street a "Scenic Road" Roberta made a <br />r motion that we write a letter in support. Louise seconded the motion Vote: 3-0-0. <br />2. Minutes of Jan. 22: approved with corrections, 3-0-0. <br />3. Roberta is diametrically <br />opposed to moving the house under any conditions to Sweetser Ave. The Reading Friends of Historic <br />Preservation feels that they need to be able to have a secondary option on the Foster-Emerson House if Mr. <br />Griset's plans fall through. Plan C. An article to rezone the SweetserAve. lot to professional office building <br />in a residential zone. A motion was made to follow plan b and was carried, 340-0. Motion made to accept <br />plan c, passed 3-0-0. There will be no priority on either plan. Plan D. The intent is to apply the overlay to <br />Sweetser Ave as a home for the Foster-Emerson House. A motion is made on Plan 1?, passed, 340-0. We <br />will need a meeting to review the warrant articles and approve them before town meeting. Wednesday l la` at <br />8:30 AM at town hall. <br />8.
