TOWN OF READING <br />ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 5, 1998 <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: STEPHEN TUCKER <br />JOHN COOTE <br />JOHN JAREMA <br />A meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Meeting Room of the Town Hall, <br />16 Lowell Street, Reading, Massachusetts at 7:OOPM. Mr. Tucker swore in, under oath, those present that <br />would be addressing the Board this evening. <br />The first Public Hearing was a continuation of the petition of David W. Williams who seeks a Special <br />Permit and a Determination of Flooding and Suitability under Section(s) 4.4.4./4.5.5.of the Zoning By- <br />Laws in order to permit the use of land in a Flood Plain District for single-family dwellings on the property <br />located at Map 91, Plot 1, Salem Street in Reading, Massachusetts. (Case 997-30). <br />Mr. Steven Ciccatelli, attorney for the applicant, informed the Board that he was scheduled on the CPDC <br />agenda for February 9 and the Conservation agenda for February 18, 1993. Ai this time, he had not heard <br />back from the Board of Health to receive a date on their agenda. <br />Attorney Ciccatelli requested that this hearing be continued to March 19, 1998. The Board was concerned <br />about the time frame involved and had Attorney Ciccatelli sign a waiver of time form which extended to <br />April 2, 1998. <br />A motion was made, seconded and unanimously voted to continue this hearing to March 19, 1998. <br />VOTE 3-0 (passed) <br />The next item on the agenda was Concord Oil, Co., 749 Main Street, Case #96-8, Condition #3, referring to <br />a landscape architect's rendering. Mr. Bill LeClur, representing Concord Oil, presented landscape plans to <br />the Board. The Board requested that this item be addressed at the next ZBA hearing scheduled for <br />February 19, 1998, in order to allow the Board time to obtain copies of the original ZBA decision and <br />copies of the performance bond agreement. <br />A motion was made and seconded to adjourn, and the Board voted unanimously to do so. <br />VOTE 3-0 (passed) <br />RespectfWlv submitted by Carolyn Walsh, Recording Secretary to the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br />Signed: L [ <br />Date: <br />Approved: <br />
