MINU ES - were approved and accepted of ter a i' Oti on to change the word "rewrite„ to "review" on rlr'9. by Lee, 2nd by Betty T I MOTION - by Betty 2nd by Priscilla to approve the bus ACCE,P Transportation for May 22 to the Markey "Mai: Nair" TY2 MOTION Compensation Titre by Betty 2nd Donna ACCEPTED In the event of a crisis if a person cannot use their compensation time within ten working days as policy states, that time can be extended by approval of the Chairman to the next ten workin; days. It was decided because we have amplemoney in the budget, both Rheta and Marie will be paid for the present accumulation of comp-time. r3 Question on Evaluation MOTION by George 2nd Donna ACCEPTED Hay 18, 1982, there will be a special meetin;-, at 8:00 p.m. for the Re- Evaluation of Rheta and Iiia-rie's raises by the Board. i/.4 Meeting-, With Town Council Anthony, Betty and Andy net with the Personnel Board and with Town Counsel to question the le ality of cancelling the raises. Their reco=mmendation was, to throw out the or:i.&inal evaluation and as a total board, make our own eval- uation because the first evaluation had been done without the vote of the Council.
