r <br />V <br />Council on Aging <br />Regular Meetin <br />March 23, 1932 <br />The regular meeting of the Council on A ing was held on Tuesday, 211arch 23, <br />1932 at 8:1.1, p.m. in the Community Center. <br />The Secretary's report was accepted with the following corrections: "The <br />Treasurer read the report from the Town Accountant on the Council on Aging <br />Recreation Fund checkin. account, at this point Mrs. McKinley requested <br />that the Town Accountant meet with the CoA on iā¢arch 16 to explain the items <br />in the letter". <br />#10 should read Mystic Valley Elder Dome Care will have an alternative. <br />New evaluations were reviewed in open session as requested by Rheta and <br />Marie. <br />On new evaluation under "Specify areas there there is a need to improve", <br />Rheta's was changed to "there is a need". <br />Rheta McKinley's evaluation was chanted. Betty Knox and Mary Ottino want <br />it duly recorded that they did not agree with the new evaluation. <br />Motion by Arthur Polychrones, seconded by Anthony Barrasso to give Mrs. <br />McKinley a 3o* rather than 7c increase as previously granted. <br />Marie's evaluation changed. <br />Motion by Ceorge Cashman, seconded by Lee iinslow to give Marie a 3`o increase <br />rather than 415, as previously granted. <br />Any complaints and grievances concerning CoA activities should be sent in <br />wri ti:Lg to -CoA Board for action. This applies to. staff, Board Members and <br />Senior Citizens. This mat with the approval of all Board Members. <br />On a 'motion by Lee Winslow, seconded by George Cashman, this procedure will <br />be placed in our policy book. <br />There was considerable discussion concerning compensatory time for the van <br />driver. <br />A motion by C.eorge Cashman, seconded by Betty Knoxthat all compensatory <br />time be taken within 10 working days with the approval of the Chairman and <br />Vice-Chairman. <br />Lotion by Anthony Barrasso, seconded by Ceorge Cashman that all overtime <br />prior to this date (March 23) will by paid with money from the salary account <br />by April 15, 1982. <br />There is $113,000 in reserve fund. <br />
