IV L D <br />vi i * SS. <br />Reading School Committee <br />Reading, Massachusetts ZN5 VIM 25 A 111: 09 <br />Regular Session April 28, 2005 <br />Call To Order <br />Chair McFadden called the regular session to order at 6:10 p.m. in the Guidance Center Conference Room <br />at Reading Memorial High School. Present were Mr. Dahl, Mr. Spadafora, Mrs. Gibbs, Mr. McFadden, <br />Mr. Carpenter and Ms. Webb. Also present were Superintendent Schettini and Director of Human <br />Resources and Finance Mary DeLai. <br />Bills and Payrolls <br />Bills and Payrolls were circulated for signature. <br />Citizen's Input <br />There was no citizen's input. <br />Gifts <br />There were no gifts. <br />Superintendent's Report <br />Superintendent Schettini gave an overview of Reading Memorial High School practice football field. <br />There was discussion regarding the size of the field for football, lacrosse, field hockey and soccer. There <br />was discussion regarding the logistics of making the practice field larger. It was decided to leave the field <br />as is. <br />There was discussion concerning warrant articles in preparation for Town Meeting. The Superintendent <br />went over the contingency funds on each building project. <br />Mr. McFadden stated that the Superintendent's evaluations were to be submitted to Mary DeLai by May 1, <br />2005. <br />Adjourn <br />
