1...-k 'K t e.. k` <br />TOWN OF READING 4 <br />16 Lowell Street <br />Reading, MA 01867-2683 ` ; f v <br />Phone: 781-942-9012 <br />Fax: 781-942-9071 b = <br />Email: alcriee@ci.readule.ma.us <br />COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CPDC MINUTES <br />Meeting Dated: January 28, 2002 <br />Meeting Location: Lecture Hall, Reading Memorial High School <br />Members Present: Chairman pro-tern Kathryn Greenfield (KG); Jonathan Barnes(JB); <br />Neil Sullivan, (NS) <br />Also Present: Peter Hechenbleikner, Town Manager (PH); Anne Krieg, Town Planner <br />(AK) <br />The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM. <br />The following minutes were approved with editions: 11.5.01 <br />STAFF BRIEFING <br />AK discussed the following items with the Commission: <br />• Eric's Greenhouse Conservation enforcement <br />• Pierce Street court case <br />• Spence Farm purchase - review of Mass General Laws Chapter 61A <br />ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW <br />BURGER KING SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />AK updated the Commission on new information and comments received on the <br />application from Richard Howard, Chairman. <br />Applicant provided the Commission with photographs for their review of other sites. He <br />noted. the changes to parking striping as proposed would not change the number of <br />parking spaces provided. <br />JB focused Commission comments on the roof color and the band of color at the bottom <br />of the structure, as well as the fascia. He requested staff to review zoning compliance <br />with the signage shown on the site.
