Town of Reading <br />16 Lowell Street <br />Reading, MA 01867-2683 <br />Phone: 781-942-9012 <br />Fax: 781-942-9071 <br />Email: crielly@ci.reading.ma.us <br />Community Planning and Development Commission <br />CPDC MINUTES <br />Meeting Dated: August 25, 2003 <br />Members Present: Chair, Susan DeMatteo (SD), Secretary Neil Sullivan (NS), <br />Jonathan Barnes (JB), Richard Howard (RH) <br />Also Present: Chris Reilly (CR), Town Planner <br />The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:42 PM <br />RH moved to approve the following minutes with no amendments/ additions: <br />7.14.03 <br />JB seconded <br />4-0, all in favor <br />Public Comment: <br />NS asked about the Inwood development and how sewer/water will hook-up. <br />CR explained that Inwood will not hook up to Reading water and sewer; he will <br />ask JD about any other mitigation. <br />JB asked for clarification on the Inwood zoning amendment and how it might <br />affect the development of the back 10 acres at Longwood. <br />CR will review. <br />Administrative Review: <br />Site Plan Review Application <br />CR went over the current draft of the Site Plan Review application requirements <br />and asked for comments. <br />Comments will be forthcoming and CR will draft a revised application for <br />review at some later date. <br />JB raised points on waivers: anything that has potential to impact abutters <br />should be in public hearing; he understands CPDC has current authority to grant <br />waivers. <br />RH stated that if the site plan review application is complete the Town Planner <br />should set a date for a public hearing. <br />C_\My Documents\CPDC\Agenda-Minutes\Minutes\Minutes 8.25.03.doc <br />
