Town of Reading <br />t <br />16 Lowell Street`-r_' ~ <br />Reading, MA 01867-2683 <br />Phone: 781-942-9012 <br />Fax: 781-942-9071 <br />Email: creilly@ci.reading.ma.us t z= Li <br />COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CPDC MINUTES <br />Meeting Dated: January 26, 2004 <br />Members Present: Chair, Susan DeMatteo (SD), Neil Sullivan (NS), Jonathan Barnes (JB), <br />Richard Howard (RH) <br />Also Present: Chris Reilly (CR), Town Planner; Joe Delaney (JD), Town Engineer; John <br />Gannon (JG), Town Counsel. <br />The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM. <br />RH moved to approve the minutes of the January 12, 2004 with the noted amendments. <br />NS seconded. <br />Voted 4-0-0, all in favor <br />Approval Not Required (ANR): - <br />Robert and Sandra Dwyer, 576 Pearl Street <br />Assessor's Map 211, Lots 21 and 19 <br />The ANR application was reviewed and found deficient due to inadequate information. CR <br />has advised the Applicants they need to submit a complete application under the Form A <br />requirements. <br />RH moved to deny the ANR as submitted due to missing information required for a complete <br />application. <br />JB seconded. <br />Voted 4-0, all in favor. <br />JD and JG arrived at 8:00 PM. <br />Public Hearing (continued): <br />Johnson Woods (a.k.a. Longwood Farm) Planned Urban Development (PUD) <br />Preliminary Permit Application <br />Atty. Brad Latham and Engineer Bill Bergeron represented the Applicant, Ted Moore. <br />The draft conditions for Preliminary PUD Plan were reviewed. <br />JB commented that CPDC should reserve the right to review at the Final PUD whatever is <br />not expressly approved in the Preliminary PUD. <br />JD discussed the contents of the Preliminary PUD Plan and the need for detailed plans with <br />-the Final PUD Plan submission. <br />Language was reviewed, amended and approved for Findings as to form and grammar. <br />
