From time to time the building <br />inspector would have to deny building permits to projects in the aquifer protection district <br />_ because the projects exceeded the permitted impervious cover percentage. When the <br />applicant asked what they could do about the situation, the inspector had nothing to tell <br />Page 1 of 11 <br />
