Spofford, Jr, Project Manager, Bank of America <br />Mr. Lester Lloyd, Lloyd Architects <br />There being a quorum, the Chair called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM. <br />Subdivision Approval Not Required Plan (ANR) <br />Mark and Lori O'Neill, 30 Apple Gate Lane <br />(Action Date: June 27, 2005) <br />Attorney Brad Latham appeared for the O'Neills to request a withdrawal. <br />This was granted. No motion was required. <br />Public Comment/Minutes <br />RH moved to approve the minutes of May 23, 2005 as amended. <br />SD seconded. <br />Voted Approved: 5:0:0. <br />The Board expressed their appreciation of the quality and level of detail of the minutes. <br />JB noted that the "Cottage Faire" is closing. <br />- CR said that it was and that he had recently received a call from a potential new occupant <br />who would like to add an awning. <br />Page 1 of 11 <br />
