Mr. Jim Develis appeared <br />as landlord of the property. <br />Mr. Garebedian began by going over the points brought up at the last meeting. <br />Dumpsters. <br />Mr. Garebedian had no issue with re-doing the parking lot in the back but he would rather <br />share one dumpster rather than provide a second. He would also like to move the <br />dumpster further from the rear door. <br />CR interrupted to say that since the last meeting he has discovered that the authority to <br />grant off-site parking rests with the Board of Appeals and not with the Board of <br />- Selectmen.
