Jonathan Barnes, Chairman (JB), Neil Sullivan, Secretary (NS); <br />Richard Schubert (RS); Michael Flammia (MF), Richard Howard (RH) <br />Also Present.- Peter Hechenbleikner (PH); Joseph Delaney, Town Engineer (JD); <br />Anne Krieg, Town Planner (AK) <br />The Chair called the meeting to order at745PM <br />MILL STREET SCENIC WAY CONTINUATION OF A PUBLIC HEARING <br />RH discussed issues with work within the easement. <br />JD noted regulations that the work within the easement is not applicable, and <br />reviewed plan showing trees. <br />John Castigan - 75 Mill Street read letter into the record as filed in the <br />Community Development office. <br />RH questioned the current health of the tree in question, located at the entrance <br />to open space area. <br />JD discussed the long term plan - trails/access would be constructed later. <br />The resident at 76 Mill Street discussed traffic and safety issues on Mill Street and <br />difficulties of current truck usage <br />The resident at 51 Mill Street agreed with the goals of the plan but agreed with <br />expressed traffic issues <br />Bernie Pierce - 66 Mill Street expressed a need for a more safe access <br />Commission asked staff to have Tree Warden check tree in question. <br />C:\My Documents\CPDC\Agenda-Minutes\3.6.00 Minutes.doc <br />Last printed 11/21/0010:50 AM <br />Created by Anne Krieg <br />Created on 08/14/001:11 PM <br />
