Jonathan Barnes, Chairman (JB), Neil Sullivan, Secretary (NS); <br />Richard Schubert (RS) <br />Also Present. Peter Hechenbleikner, Town Manager (PIH), Russell Dean, Assistant <br />Town Manager (RJD); Anne Krieg, Town Planner (AK) <br />The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM <br />PUBLIC HEARING: Zoning Text Amendments for the Planned Unit Development <br />District Overlay (Landfill Development) <br />NSmoved to dispense the reading of the legal advertisement. Motion seconded by RS. <br />All in favor. <br />PIH introduced the history and current status of the landfill capping and re- <br />development project. <br />RJD compared the two projects using a business/ financial analysis. <br />There was discussion on the per pupil analysis. <br />Precinct 8 Town Meeting member Bill Brown discussed the possibility of recycling <br />water. <br />Rob Petrocino discussed what events occur if hazardous wastes are found on-site.
