Specifically, he reviewed a Table of Alternatives, outlined as follows: <br />A. Existing South Street <br />B. Re-Alignment of South Street <br />1. with signal control <br />2. without signal (their proposal) <br />C. Existing South Street: Stop control <br />D. South Street terminated both sides <br />He also outlined a Table of 10 Commitments by the new owner: <br />1. At occupancy will do traffic improvements <br />2. preliminary design for 28 and North in Stoneham will be completed <br />3. in response to issues, they will do Hopkins improvements <br />4. same for Summer Street <br />5.
