Jonathan Barnes (JB), Neil Sullivan (NS), Chairman, Richard <br />Howard (RH) <br />Also Present.- Anne Krieg, Town Planner (AK) <br />READING COOPERATIVE <br />AK Introduced the proposal to place a drive-thru facility at the Reading <br />Cooperative Bank to the Commission. <br />- The architect for the applicant reviewed submitted schematics. <br />RH questioned the loading area and the emergency egress area. <br />The proposed stacking lanes are: <br />1St Lane - 5 cars <br />2nd Lane - 5 cars <br />ATM - 2-3 cars <br />AK noted the preference for stacking vehicles onto Sanborn as opposed to Haven <br />Street. <br />JB asked if stacking would pose any conflict with Knights of Columbus and <br />discussed further on-site circulation concerns. <br />RH noted the possibility of imposing a six (6) month traffic operational review. <br />CHANGES TO ZONING BY-LAWS - BUSINESS A NONCONFORMITY'S <br />FROM PUBLIC PURPOSE ACQUISITION <br />RH read the legal advertisement into the, record; the Commission voted <br />4 <br />unanimously to dispense with the reading of the full advertisement. <br />C:\My Documents\CPDC\Agenda-Minutes\10.23.00 minutes.doc <br />Last printed 03/11/0110:41 PM <br />Created by <br />Created on 01/18/0110:25 PM <br />
