Minutes, Reading Conservation Commission, September 8, 2004 <br />V ED <br />Minutes of the Reading Conservation Commission CLERK <br />Selectman's Meeting Room, Town Hall _ MASS. <br />September 8, 2004 <br />1ffi ,iwvN 20 P 00 <br />Present: Doug Greene, Chairman, Will Finch, Bill Hecht, and Becky Longley, <br />Commissioners; Fran Fink, Administrator <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Old/New Business: <br />Johnson Woods Condominium, 468 West Street, 6 Kelch Street, Order of Conditions, <br />DEP 270-424, RGB 2004-10 <br />Mr. Gargano and Mr. Savarino presented a revised site plan for a single-family house off <br />Longwood Road. <br />Mr. Greene moved to accept the plan as an insignificant plan change under the Order of <br />Conditions for Johnson Woods. Ms. Longley seconded. Voted 4-0 in favor. <br />80 New Crossing Road, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-285, RGB 1996-9 <br />The Commission reviewed a draft Enforcement Order for completion of work under the <br />1996 Order of Conditions. They noted that the parking lots need to be swept and the <br />catch basins need to be cleaned. <br />Mr. Finch moved to issue the Enforcement Order. Mr. Greene seconded. Voted 4-0 in <br />favor. <br />7 Beaver Road, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-420, RGB 2004-5 <br />The Commission reviewed a proposed planting plan and amended it. <br />Mr. Finch moved to accept the plan as amended. Ms. Longley seconded. Voted 4-0 in <br />favor. <br />48 Whittier Road, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-401, RGB 2003-27 <br />The Commission reviewed an as-built site plan and surveyor's letter. They noted the letter <br />had an incorrect street address and asked for a revised letter. <br />Mr. Finch moved to issue the Certificate of Compliance. Mr. Greene seconded. Voted 4- <br />0 in favor. <br />Mr. Finch moved to release the bond in the full amount of $5000.00. Ms. Longley seconded. <br />Voted 4-0 in favor. <br />Public Hearing, Notice of Intent, Harry Gresek,1503 Main Street, DEP 270-425, RGB <br />2004-15 <br />_ The Chairman opened the hearing. No one was present for the-applicant. The Commission - - - <br />reviewed and amended the draft Order of Conditions. <br />
