INTRADEPARTMENTAL MEMORANDA <br />TO: BOARD OF ASSESSORS <br />FROM: DAVE BILLARD <br />DATE: 05/31/94 <br />REF: APPRAISER'S REPORT <br />1. Frank and I have completed 372 permits, we have about 25 left to <br />inspect by 06/01/94. As a quick check on new growth to date, I have <br />attached a listing that shows how much value has been generated and <br />where. This, of course, is just a total to date. It will show <br />that new subdivisions are contributing $79,991.00 and condominiums <br />and condo conversions are contributing $88,861.00. Building permits <br />issued, which are not yet itemized, are contributing $75,081.63. <br />Total new growth to date is $243,933.63. <br />2. Steve Gasperoni has picked up the information I had prepared for <br />him on MacDonald's and Sonny's Touchless. I called him this morning <br />and he is preparing a price quote for taking these two cases and <br />Lakeview Avenue Apts. to the ATB. His verbal confirmation is that <br />MacDonald's is fairly assessed. He stated that we should request <br />a copy of Sonny's Touchless lease that they have with Minuteman, Inc. <br />3. We have three unofficial withdrawals from the ATB. Weisberg was <br />filed for 2 years, the FY1991 docket was never withdrawn when the <br />FY1992 docket was withdrawn. Attny. Dalton said he would file a with- <br />drawal. Attny. Whitkin said he was filing a withdrawal for Humpty <br />Dumpty and also for Daniel's Nunsing Home, pending owner authoriza- <br />tion. These three where just strictly withdrawals, no valuation <br />change was granted. I have yet been able to successfully reach <br />Matteo Gallo for his two appeals. <br />4. I received a call from Mr. Fodera's representation on 05/06/94 about <br />the denial thay received. They may want to meet with the Board <br />prior to their submission of an appeal at the ATB.
